For France and Switzerland, delivery is free for orders over 69 euros, including reduction. 

For the rest of Europe delivery is free for orders over 89, discount included.

Orders are shipped in standard parcels, to the UK, all countries of the European Union, and Switzerland.

If you wish to receive an order elsewhere, it is possible, as long as you cover the costs.

We usually ship all orders within 2 working days, unless you choose the DHL Express 24h option, in which case orders are dispatched the same *working* day if the order is placed before 10 am, otherwise the next working day and arrive in 24h unless a shipping issue arises. 

However, for logistical reasons, the delivery date may vary. In all cases, we will confirm the details with you by phone or email.

We only ship freshly ground matcha, guaranteeing the best quality, and work just in time with Japan. So when demand is high, it may be possible to wait a few more days for the next delivery from Kyoto, as we are not shipping pre-stored second-grade matcha.

We will contact you by phone or email in this event. This feature is an integral part of our offer, and it is not possible to request a free cancellation of the order if it can be shipped within 14 days of the order as your order is already booked. If you still wish to cancel the order, a charge of 5 € must apply to cover the transaction costs which apply even in the event of cancellation, and the cost of labor.

All our orders are sent with a tracking code, which you automatically receive by email as soon as the order is shipped.

If you can't find this email, it could either mean that the order hasn't shipped yet or the email is in your spam folder. 

If you have not checked your emails and the order is returned to us, it is no longer possible to request a cancellation of the order. Additional shipping costs for a new shipment are at your charge and must be paid.

We take the greatest care to prepare your orders, each one by one. If by mistake we forgot something, we apologize 🙏. 

Write us an email with photos of your parcel, and your order number, and we will find the trace of the lost product. Its delivery will be at our expense.

A missing product, such as the essential bamboo matcha whisk? Write to us quickly and we can modify your order in time!

Unless special authorization is given, only payments by bank card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) are possible.
